An unattractive underpass gets a refresh as an interactive art walk. Cleveland businesses would sponsor local artists to create an installation to promote their business, the artist and local events.

When the daffodils begin to bloom in the springtime, inside Lakeview cemetery is the best place to view the yellow flowers. My proposed installation artist is Kate Rutter. She is a florist in the Cleveland area and has a very holistic approach to floral arrangements.
The Sculpture Center, located just on the other side of the underpass, is a gallery space for installation artists. Joshua Penrose works with science and technology to create a fully immersive experience. He had a show during the time of this project.
